We are a growing property management and vacation rental company seeking a full-time, reliable, and skilled handyman to handle ongoing maintenance and repair needs across multiple properties. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, and can complete a wide range of general repairs efficiently. Strong consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential, as our properties must remain in excellent condition for both owners and guests.

Pay
Starting salary range: $800 to $1,100 per week, based on experience

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Responsibilities
Perform routine minor maintenance, including painting scuffed walls, repairing furniture or fixtures, and patching holes in walls
Handle basic plumbing tasks such as repairing or replacing sink faucets, toilets, and shower or bathtub fixtures, fixing leaks, and unclogging toilets, sinks, and main drains
Perform basic electrical work including repairing or replacing switches, outlets, light fixtures, baseboard heaters, and thermostats
Complete miscellaneous duties such as changing pest control traps or bait and removing garbage from properties
Replace and clean HVAC air filters
Assist with snow plowing and or shoveling using a company truck
