Pay:

Training Pay: $18 per Hour for Training
Cleaner Pay: Per House Commission (Roughly $20-$35 per hour)
Yearly Pay Range: $40-60K (depending on availability)

Expected Hours: 5-20 Hours Per Week (Can adjust based on the individual)

Responsibilities:

Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas thoroughly
Maintain floors, carpets, furniture, and other surfaces
Dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
Handle laundry, change bed linens, and make beds
Dust furniture, walls, desks, and equipment
Keep supply closest organized.
Clean interior windows as needed
Sanitize restrooms and kitchens, and replenish supplies
Empty trash cans and replace liners
Clean outdoor grills and interior wood fire places.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
Follow specific cleaning checklists and guidelines for STR cleanings
Report maintenance issues or damages to the property manager
