Tucked into the heart of the Eagle Lake community, The Nook is a charming 400 sq ft tiny home that perfectly blends the spirit of camping with the comforts of home. Wake up in a cozy queen-sized bedroom, whip up a meal in the open kitchen, and gather around the dining and living area, which features 2 fold-out couch beds giving you flexible sleeping space for extra guests. A full bathroom, in-hallway laundry, and a fun loft space round out the home. The loft is perfect for the kids, complete with 2 slide-out floor beds making it their own little hideaway. Step outside to your private seating area, fire up the gas grill, and let the fresh lake air do the rest.

You couldn’t ask for a better spot. The marina is just a 4-minute walk away, and the community center and main beach are a leisurely 10-minute stroll. Eagle Lake’s amenities are nothing short of impressive, including a 70-acre lake, 2 sandy beaches, 4 boat marinas, an Olympic-sized pool and jacuzzi (open summers), mini golf, 6 tennis courts, basketball and handball courts, a fitness center, hiking trails, a bonfire pit, ice skating, and so much more. Whether you’re fishing at sunrise, paddling out on the lake, or catching a seasonal event at the clubhouse restaurant, there’s never a dull moment.

The Nook is ideal for those who crave that camping-feel without sacrificing comfort, a true home away from home. With a queen bed in the main bedroom, 2 fold-out couch beds in the living room, and 2 slide-out floor beds in the loft, the space comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Traveling with an even larger crew? Our neighboring rental, The Cranny, is right next door! Book both for the ultimate Eagle Lake experience and keep the whole group together.
* Our property is located in a gated community which requires all guests to fill out a form with their information and all guests attending the stay. This form may include Names, Mailing Addresses, Ages, Vehicle Information.
* Please treat our house as your own. If you wouldn’t do it there, don’t do it here.
* No Pets.

* Groups of 24 year old or younger prohibited
* 6 Overnight guests in total are allowed as per our communities rules (including children over 3). If it is found that there are more then 6 overnight guests staying it will immediately terminate your stay and all guests will be removed with no refund.
* No smoking Inside – evidence of smoking will result in loss of deposit ($500).
* No House or Scented Candles (Birthday Candles are ok)
* ABSOLUTLY NO GLITTER!
* Renters are responsible to bring all garbage to community dumpster prior to checkout. If there is garbage left behind there is an additional $150 garbage removal charge that will be applied for removing the garbage from the house.
* Use of grill requires grill to be maintained and cleaned throughout and after use. We try to keep propane filled but guests are responsible for refilling it as they use it.
* Use of fire pit requires fire pit to be completely extinguished after use.
*Guests must follow all rules within the community. Guests will receive a packet when they check-in with all the community’s rules. Major ones; NO FIREWORKS, no feeding animals, obey the speed limit (15MPH).
* If any fines or tickets are issued from our community during your stay for not following the rules or traffic laws, we will send a request to collect the fine to you, the primary renter through Airbnb immediately upon us receiving a fine or ticket. This also applies for any guest part of your reservation including overnight and daytime guests. The primary renter will be responsible for sending the fine amount to us directly, we will not accept payments from any other member of your party. Failure to pay within 48 hours of our request will result in $50 additional fee.
*ACTS OF GOD: We will not refund, reimburse, or adjust any reservation or nightly rate for any acts of god that would impact any utilities for less then 24 hours including, Power, Water, Heat, or Internet. In the event an outage takes place for longer then 24 hours we will handle it on a case by case basis. Please note our house is located in the mountains and while it is in a community with other homes we are not immune from “Acts of God”
“Acts of Gods” include but not limited to Rain, Snow, Ice, Lightning, Wind, Extreme Heat, Extreme Cold, Earthquakes and/or other things out of our control.
*We will not refund, reimburse, or adjust any reservation or nightly rate for any acts of god that would impact your travel to or from our house.

Check out is at 11AM, failure to leave by 11am will result in a $250 late check out fee.
Guests are responsible for the following items before checking out.
+Put back all items and furniture to their original locations (including outdoor furniture or items)
+There is to be no dirty dishes left in the sink. You can start a load in the dishwasher before you leave and we will put them away.
+Take all garbage and bring to community dumpsters
+Close and lock all windows and exterior doors
+Turn off all lights, TV’s and other electrical devices.
