On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy queen bedroom and a full bathroom, perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. The living room features a comfortable seating area with a smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. There’s also a formal dining area and a large eat-in kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook and gather. A laundry room and access to the back deck complete this level.
Upstairs, the master suite is your private retreat. It includes a king-size bed, smart TV, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and stand-up shower. Down the hall is another full bathroom, a queen bedroom with a smart TV, and a fun bunk room that features two bunk beds—one twin over twin and the other twin over full, great for kids or extra guests.
The finished basement is packed with fun for all ages. Enjoy a game night with ping pong, air hockey, a pool table, and a poker table. There’s also a large sectional sofa and another smart TV, creating the perfect hangout spot for movies or sports.

◆◆◆Staying in the Pocono Mountains◆◆◆
If this is your first time visiting the Poconos, we want to ensure you understand what staying in the mountains entails. This house is nestled in the mountains, surrounded by trees and nature. As a result, you may encounter wildlife, as this is their home and we are merely guests. Wildlife may include flying insects, spiders, ants, squirrels, flying squirrels, mice, foxes, raccoons, opossums, skunks, snakes, turtles, coyotes, and black bears. Smaller creatures and insects can occasionally find their way inside depending on the outside conditions. We have monthly exterminator visits to minimize this, but being in the mountains, anything is possible.
Additionally, please note that the mountain infrastructure differs from that of the city. Small wind or rain storms can occasionally cause power or internet outages in specific areas, including our home. Power outages may affect the water supply as we are on wells and the well pumps need power to work. Usually, these outages are restored within 8-10 hours, which is a quick turnaround given the weather conditions. For outages lasting less than 24 hours, no refund or compensation will be provided. For outages exceeding 24 hours, compensation will be issued on a case-by-case basis.
Lastly, please be aware that extreme heat or cold waves can put stress on the house’s heating or cooling systems, and these systems may struggle to keep up during very high or very low temperatures.

During winter months, it is highly recommended to have a vehicle with All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or 4×4 capabilities due to potential heavy snowfall.

We provide a starter pack of household essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent). If the property includes a dishwasher, washer, and dryer, we also provide cleaning agents for those. Guests staying for longer durations or with larger groups should bring additional supplies. Personal toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), q-tips, deodorants, or other personal care products are not provided.
The house includes cooking ware (pots, pans, plates, utensils, baking dishes), but guests need to bring personal grocery items (seasonings, flour, sugar).

Use of the pool is at your own risk. The property owner and management are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property that may occur while using the pool or surrounding area. The pool is heated to 82°f, it wont feel like a hot tub as anything higher can cause health risks.
By using the pool, guests agree to the following:
◆ No lifeguard is on duty—swim at your own risk.
◆ Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
◆ No diving, running, or horseplay in or around the pool.
◆ No glass containers in the pool area.
◆ Do not use the pool while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The pool is professionally maintained and cleaned weekly, including prior to each guest’s arrival. However, outdoor debris (such as leaves or insects) may still accumulate between maintenance visits.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in loss of pool privileges without refund.
